Do you charge commission on bookings?
Never on direct bookings made through your NestOS booking engine. You keep 100% of the revenue. OTA commissions are set by the channels themselves.
Is there a setup or migration fee?
No. Migration from your existing PMS is included on every plan — our team imports your rooms, rates and reservations for you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Pricing is per active room per month, so it scales with your property, not with a lock-in contract.
What's the minimum commitment?
